The D'ETNA III is similar in many ways to the MST D'ETNA, the only change is the stitching over the toebox. Without the stitching its a cleaner look however the is a reason for a cap toe and that's for absorbing wrinkles. But to be honest that's the original idea these days the cape to is brought forward and no longer in the place were wrinkles gather. ( there you go a bit of footwear history)
